VRC stellt eine neue Version des bekannten USB-Adapters vor. Der VRC-3 USB-Adapter ist zum Anfang 2009 erscheinenden VRC Pro sowie der aktuellen Version 3.5 kompatibel.
Im Gegensatz zum VRC-2-Adapter wird der VRC-3 USB-Adapter als USB-Controller erkannt und kann nicht mehr über die v3.5-Spielesoftware kalibriert werden.
Der Adapter ist mit allen herkömmlichen 27,40MHz und 2.4GHz-Anlagen kompatibel.

The VRC-3 USB adaptor works independent of the brand or frequency of your transmitter as it only uses the standardized servo output signals and translates these to the standardized game controller input using the HID protocol.

Your receiver is powered through the VRC-3 USB adaptor which receives its power from the USB port of your computer. Do not connect a receiver battery pack.

Das stimmt definitiv nicht für die Spektrum DX3R (und SR3100 Empfänger), damit funktioniert der Adapter leider nicht!
Konnte auch noch keine Lösung für das Prblem finden.

Wie ich gerade sehe, hat VRC auf der Webseite zum Adapter den Artikeltext überarbeitet.
Statt
„The VRC-3 therefore works on all 27-40-53-72 MHz and 2.4GHz sets“
steht dort nun:
„Spektrum 2.4 GHz systems with receivers SR3100 and SR3520 are supported and work excellent in all 5.5-11-16.5ms modes.
Futaba 2.4 Ghz systems are NOT supported because of the different modultation although some VRC users have found work-arounds to make it work. We advise to purchase the VRC-2 USB adaptor to work with 2.4 GHz systems.
In „5.5-11-16.5ms“ hast du es schon ausprobiert?
