Team GRID stellt für die RC8-Chassisserie von Team Associated ein „Suspension Race Geometry Kit“ vor. Das Set besteht aus zwei 5mm starken Alu-Dämpferbrücken und vier Dämpfer-Adaptern für die Befestigung an den Querlenkern. Nach dem Umbau auf die Team GRID-Brücken stehen die Dämpfer weniger schräg, was besonders auf rutschigen und unebenen Pisten von Vorteil sein soll. Insgesamt stehen an den Dämpferbrücken jeweils fünf verschiedene Befestigungspunkte für die Dämpfer zur Verfügung. Erhältlich ist das Umbau-Set im Team GRID-Shop für 48$.

Team GRID designed special shock adaptors that bring the shock rod ends deep into the stock arms, and the new front and rear Team GRID shock towers also position the shock more upright. This new geometry enables full progressive action of the suspension arms as it navigates rough track surfaces. Team GRID shock towers have a five position mount so you can tune the front and rear suspension even further. The shock towers and adaptors are CNC machined from 5mm thick aluminum. The other nice thing is that new suspension geometry kit from Team GRID utilizes the readily available RC8B and RC8Be FT suspension arms. No modification is needed and conversion only takes minutes.
